Registration Fee includes:

Participation in scientific sessions, get-together reception, beverages during official breaks and two lunches.

The registration fee does not include the dinner on June 25. It can be purchased separately when completing the registration form.
Please note that the number of dinner seats is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Received until May 16, 2026 (by 23:59 GMT+2): full refund less € 50 handling fee
Received between May 17, 2026 and June 9, 2026(by 23:59 GMT+2): 50% refund
Received from June 10, 2026: no refund
